I found the entire process to be exceptionally easy and straightforward, especially as an existing ABN-AMRO customer. Everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints about the experience or how the application was handled.

During my loan application process, I encountered difficulties in providing the required documents. I could not accept the bank's approach as a loyal customer of approximately fifteen years who always made payments on time. I found it unreasonable that the documents were not reviewed properly and fairly, and that the loan was granted with an increased interest rate and a reduced loan amount.

Hi, First of all i'd like to thank for your approval to my load application. I believe the files that you ve asked for at the first stage was clear, but afterwards it got difficult and difficult. Not the files itself which was to be provided but to understand what was needed was a disaster in the way of communications. that needs to be changed if you want to keep your existing customers. accounts.

I called the customer care couple times in a day and she answered me very clear and I am thankful for helping me to choose the right option.

Communication with customer service was great. But many IT issues: 1) only one form is working - apply to loan. I needed to repay old one and apply for new one. This form doesn’t work, it stuck on step 1, because it gives arrow when you enter amount “invalid input”. I tried all browsers, different languages settings, from phone from laptop. Same issue. I applied for a loan via first form. I had to repair my old one by myself. Here come another issue, I couldn’t increase a limit on my account, i increased it in app but it gave always error when I tried to repay loan via ideal that it is above the limit. So I used another account and did bank transfer. That worked. If you could fix IT issues, would be great. The rest is good!

I had difficulties to request a loan online due to my specific status, but thanks to the last ABNAMRO expert, who was a very helpful lady, everything went fine in the end.

The ABN Amro was very understanding, he provided all possible options and discussed all ina very professional manneer. He informed me about all costs and conditions and advised where to go online and to apply. If you explain your situation in detail, truly believe you would be satisfied how you were presented with all options.

The procedure for applying for this loan was unnecessarily complicated. For example having to print out and sign the documents with blue pen... Also, it feels like there are some steps that don't make sense like having to provide all my details and statements from my ABN AMRO account when I am already a client, surely this information is already available? I had to go back and forth about 4 times with emailing documents. I also bank with Bunq and the processes there are much better and faster, and all done easily through the app. ABN AMRO needs to modernize. On the positive side, the customer support was very helpful when I phoned, and once all the documents were sent the money was paid over quickly. Overall I probably wouldn't recommend this to someone, it is way too much effort for a small loan.

Very efficient process with quick follow ups

First I had a condition assigned to my profile that excluded me from this loan category. Only after calling customer service was this condition lifted and niet was not told what it was. First time application was rejected without explanation. Second application was accepted and had a lower interest rate. Strange because this was 2 days apart. I had to use application input advised from another loan facilitator

To obtain the loan was very fast, simple, and executive. Previously, I called through the ABN AMRO APP to the loan department. The lady was very collaborative, helpful and clear with her explanation. After that, I proceeded with the loan request, and it was approved very fast. I recommend ABN AMRO Loans 100%
