I applied for 25000 loan, accepted my application, but received only 13300 after submitting the documents.

Its was honestly the most straight forward and painless process I have ever encountered with regards to borrowing money. The process was fast, and I had barely opened the approval notification when the money was deposited. Excellent service, thanks!

acceptable

It was an (overall) acceptable experience. I appreciated the fact that they didn't ask to connect to all my personal bank accounts (like other lenders do), since this is private data. That's the reason i chose ABN Amro and not any other lender. It's not nice that they ask you to print the final credit agreement, though. Not everyone has easy access to a printer, nowadays. The process should be done 100% digitally. Also they asked me to upload my passport twice. The first time I made the upload they approved it, but then they rejected it because "my signature was missing". They could have noticed on my 1st upload.

Satisfactory if you are parient

The response of the bank was fast which is positive, however I found the app to upload documents too rigid. I was missing an area where to write a message directly to explain my uploads, instead I had to write my explanations in a file and upload it butb I did not know where as there was no category for this purpose. I recommend to improve this part.

Lightning fast processing of car loan

I've recently availed a car loan from ABN AMRO. I'm pretty satisfied with how fast the process went. The website provided sufficient information about the loan. Can anyone imagine that the complete loan application process completed within four hours? This is from start of the loan application and the credit of the loan amount in my bank account. All the contracts and related documents were in English language, super handy.

Went really well, even though it was rather complex.

The instructions guided me well, in paradox the most I struggled with exporting the right bank statement from my bank account that manage for me, but the support provided when I asked was perfect. Scanned documents were few times rejected by the system which was slightly inconvenient to repeat the procedure.
