Rijschool Zomer is a professional driving school with a good instructors. Both Serge and Amar are very professional and experienced. With their details and direct approch will only makes your driving skills better and confident on the road. I started with Serge and later continue with Amar. Serge gave me a strong basic and Amar make it perfect for me to be able to get my driving license in 1st attempt today. I wish a success and will definitely recommend Rijschool Zomer.

Although I had to take more hours, I was warned and still ended up taking less hours than the CBR standard. The instructors are gentle, serious and patient. You can take up to 3 (sometimes even 4) lessens per week which assures you get your license very fast!

Ik heb les gehad van Serge en ik ben uitstekend begeleid tijdens de lessen. Serge is erg geduldig en benoemd precies de punten waar je extra aandacht bij nodig hebt. Overall all went well! Most important is to remain patient and trust the instructor. Trying to fast track doesn’t always work and is in my view not necessary. This school focuses on quality (and to prepare you to be a safe road user) and you really learn a lot during the lessons

As a native Dutch person, I had a very pleasant experience and interaction with Serge and his driving school, Zomer. I started taking lessons with him as a 34-year-old who had only taken 10 lessons at age 18 but didn’t feel ready for driving back then. I completed my theory exam last year. I found Serge through the CBR database and checked the reviews. After an introductory lesson, I knew he was very knowledgeable as a former truck driver, and I appreciated his approach and personality. He’s straightforward in his teaching style, which might come across as strict, but it’s beneficial because you know exactly what will be expected of you during the final exam. The exam is not something to underestimate, and his approach prepares you thoroughly. If you don’t take yourself too seriously, you can certainly enjoy good conversations and laughs with him on topics beyond driving. These humorous talks made the whole experience worthwhile and memorable, something I’ll look back on later in life with positivity and gratitude. Earlier this year, Serge was working alone, which made scheduling lessons challenging due to the high demand. I had to book lessons about a month in advance, which he mentioned at the start. Later, he hired a new co-worker, Amar, who I also enjoyed driving with. Amar is kind and experienced, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m writing this just three hours after passing my first final driving exam ever! I took a master package of 30 lessons (previously 40 lessons of 50 minutes each), and I can confidently recommend this driving school. If you put in the effort, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

I'm in the middle of my driver license curse, but I can already say that the lessons are really good. Great communication with the teacher is something really important, and in Rijschool Zomer you have it guaranteed! The atmosphere during the lessons is really comfortable, which makes learning even better. Honest but kind driving comments and amazingly patience makes it really "easy going". Also all the driving tips are really practical and understandable! 100% recommended!

I have been taking classes with Rijschool Zomer (Serge) for a few months, and I really enjoy the experience. Serge is very patient, explains everything very clearly, pays attention to little details and really makes sure you get it. These skills don't come easy to me, so I very much appreciate his detail oriented approach. And next to it, we always make jokes, even if I make something stupid, which is very valuable, because it doesn't leave a heavy impression and makes you encouraged to do better. My exams are still on the horisont, but I believe I will be well prepared.

I took five refresher lessons with Serge. He gave clear instructions and tried his best to teach me the essential knowledge required to drive safely.

My instructor - Serge really professional, funny, calmed and easy going. He gave lessons in "rustig en gezellig". That helped me a lot to get over my fear to confident drive the car.
