I moved Almelo for work reasons after graduation. I found the studios from Twentsvast via a friend’s suggestion. It was for my budget. I never had problem during my stay. Isolation of the studios are really good so during the winter it’s never cold. Since it’s furnished it is good for a start. I recommend especially for the expats who doesnt have much experience in the NL with housing and start a new life after graduation.

I had a very good experience with Twents Vast and a great stay overall. Dana was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The communication was easy and clear, which I especially appreciated, and the payments and other arrangements were handled smoothly. When I needed a cupboard, they also gave me the freedom to choose one and helped me arrange it, which was very thoughtful. I would happily recommend them.

The home I rented met my expectations and was ideal for a short stay. Specifically, I want to pinpoint Dana's performance. She always answered/solved my questions and doubts very fast and professionally. She made the renting process and signature very pleasant and provided me with a lot of insightful information that came in handy during my stay. Definitely, I would contact them again if I need them in the future.

De studio is uitstekend uitgerust met alles wat je in een huishouden nodig hebt; je hoeft eigenlijk alleen maar een paar persoonlijke spullen mee te nemen. Het hele gebouw (inclusief de privéparkeerplaats en fietsenstalling) wordt bewaakt door camera's, waardoor we ons volkomen veilig voelen met onze waardevolle spullen. De studio is modern en smaakvol ingericht. De privébadkamer en keuken zijn ook gloednieuw en prachtig. Het hele appartement is gemakkelijk schoon te maken. De internetverbinding werkt uitstekend. Het stadscentrum, het treinstation, Aldi en Jumbo zijn binnen 5 minuten lopen te bereiken. De communicatie met de contactpersonen van Twents Vast is snel en accuraat.

My stay in the apartment in Almelo was excellent. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and exactly what I needed. Everything was available, including cleaning supplies, and having the washing machine right next door was extremely convenient. I had two small issues during my stay, and Dana resolved both within two days which is amazing and very much appreciated. The communication and service were outstanding, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.

We had a great experience with this apartment. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the train station, and perfect to get around by bike and by car with the free parking. The apartment is very bright, which I loved, even if it can get a bit warm in summer and noisy on the train side in the afternoons but we adapted very quickly. Communication with the agency was outstanding: always clear, quick to respond, very accommodating and flexible with dates. I felt safe, and the whole process (before, during, and after the stay) went smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for solo stays or for couples over a few months. Great value for money.

The studio apartment is quite spacious, fully furnished, cozy, and in a convenient location just a short walk from the train station, and also close to some supermarkets, as well as a 4-minute walk to the city center They were also very responsive any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The studio is equipped with all the necesseties. It is close to bus and train stations and city center. It is very quiet and comfortable.

I rented your small studio apartment for two months, and i have to say it was a pretty smooth, seamless experience. A quick check with Dana for taking and leaving the apartment and everything else went well. Would have given 5 star but the apartment needed a little bit of cleaning as I entered.

They did everything as promised, and we always had assistance, and we have to say thank you Twentsvast especially to the agent who gave us assistance (Dana Guoodbeek).

Ik heb 2,5 jaar een bedrijfsruimte gehuurd via Twentsvast. Altijd korte lijntjes qua communicatie, snel qua probleemoplossingen en toen ik een opvolger had die mijn locatie en huurcontract over wou nemen is dit ook vlot en makkelijk opgelost.

A Twentvast studio was my first home as an expat in the Netherlands. The people at the agency helped me in every difficult situation and my stay was excellent. The studio itself is in a nice condition, it has everything you could need and the care of the people was to keep the service at a high standard. Well done!
