Super goed idee!

Dear readers of this message. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic here in the Netherlands, but also at my office area in the US, I am working from home. Needed yesterday, Thursday the 15th of October some urgent help in scanning approximately 80 colored pages of important information that had to be e-mailed to Miami, Florida. Called Multicopy here in Haarlem if they could assist me in getting this scanned and downloaded on a memory stick on a very short notice. There answer was short: YES! When I asked what would be the best time to pass by to get the job done as it had to be available before the end of the business day, the answer was again short: ANY TIME. Jumped in my car with all papers and went to the address in Haarlem where Multicopy holds office. It was nice to see that there was enough parking place around the building. Entered the building and reported at the counter of Multicopy and was attended immediately. The scans came out very professional, beautiful scanned and well readable. And not to forget, for a very reasonable price, looking at the services provided! Went home with my memory stick and got the documents out in time for my counter partners in Florida to have the vital information at hand before the deadline. I would say: "If you are in need of good copy work, don't look further, but call Multicopy here in Haarlem immediately and your headache is over!" Best regards / be safe to all of you.

I sent my request with questions by email and got all the answers I needed to place my order very quickly. The team accommodated to my needs regarding payment and delivery, offered to have the job done in 2 working days and had it done the day after I ordered! The final product was very good quality, and they were very helpful in every aspect of my order. Will definitely use them again!

I was looking for a company to print 30 tote bags with a logo of my Book Club. I was looking for information, checking the quality of bags, reading reviews, and was going crazy with all the info about printing business I didn't need. I just needed 30 tote bags with a print. Then I received an answer from Gert: he wrote a big email with all the details I needed. I immediately felt calm and realized: here, my issues will be solved. I trusted that feeling and didn't regret it. Gert called me several times with additional information; we discussed the best options; it felt that he cared even for such a small order. But there is always more than the order; there is a human relationship, emotions, happiness, and thankfulness. Even when Gert went off for a vacation, he introduces me to his colleague — lovely Denis. She was in contact with any time I needed her. As a result and no surprise, I am delighted and satisfied with the completed order. I highly recommend a Multicopy company for anyone looking not just for high service but also for human relationships. I wish Multicompany growth and prosperity and many clients. With all my heart, Anna.

Snelle communicatie en klantgericht. Top! helemaal tevreden
