Wisseloord changed everything for me, and I’m not lying. I met my new family, I explored new genres I never knew I was able to compose or produce… I learnt a lot about myself, and today the « post wisseloord blues » hits hard. But it was the best year of my life anyway.

In 2024, I joined the Wisseloord Academy to get back into music and learn how to produce my own tracks. The Academy definitely helped me build those skills, but what stood out even more is the network it provides. You’re surrounded by like-minded musicians from all kinds of backgrounds, at different stages in their careers, and from all over the world. That network is incredibly valuable and gives you the opportunity to collaborate constantly, both within the program and through additional (free) writing camps. These sessions allow you to work with many different people and explore a wide range of styles in a short amount of time. That’s where you gain the most experience, and it’s something that would be very hard to replicate on your own at this scale. Through these collaborations, I met amazing people and ended up starting an artist project with another Academy student, something we’re now working on intensively. Without Wisseloord, this would never have happened. Another big plus is access to the studios. You get one free studio day per month, which gives you the chance to work in a truly professional environment and take your music to the next level.

I did the full time course at the academy last year and it absolutely changed everything! I can only recommend it to anyone interested in growing as a music artist, engineer or human. Not only did I exponentially evolve as a songwriter-composer-producer but I also had an unforgettable experience on a personal level. High quality classes from industry people, a hub for musicians to reunite and cook bangers together and a personal approach which enables anyone serious to evolve in unexpected ways. Big shoutout to the director who uses all his time, passion and skills to follow every student carefully and help them develop themselves, it really has a tremendous influence! I can safely say that I crafted my own sound and found my path between the walls of Wisseloord, as well as met my now closest friends and partner here. Forever thankful for this academy.

J'ai suivi la formation "Songwriters, Composers and Producers" au Campus de Paris sur une année car je cherchais une structure pouvant m'aider à développer mon projet musicale, mais surtout qui était réellement encré dans la réalité de l'industrie actuelle. Wisseloord se démarque des autres écoles du genre par sa pertinence dans les enseignements qu'elle propose. Au sein de la formation vous serez traité comme des artistes cherchant à construire un projet concret dans l'industrie musicale. Vous en tirerez les bienfaits à hauteur de l'implication et proactivité que vous y mettez. J'en garde un très bon souvenir et peux deux ans plus tard toujours me tourner vers certains intervenants/mentors.

I followed the full course, and the experience was better than I could have imagined. I met incredible artists, and the mentors really paid attention to what I wanted and gave me incredibly good advice. I will carry all of this with me throughout my entire career in music production. This kind of experience is rare, I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I think that wisseloord academy is the best way to enter the music industry and to learn how to be independant. I can now believe in my opinion and give credit to what I affirm because I learned a lot there. It makes me legit. Also every person teaching us new skills is interested in who you are, which makes you feel at the right space. I had the opportunity to really explore new things at this academy, and feel free to go out of my comfort zone.

I took the complete course for songwriters and producers at Wisseloord Paris. Best year ever ! Met some amazing pros, amazing classmates and everyone had custom-made advice for their own project, with songwriting and producing tips from professionals who are currently in the industry. Being part of the live module is amazing aswell ! Cheers guys ;)
