went to pick up the Jacuzzi Miracle that I bought from Ahmed who been very helpful, showed us around and gave us his honest opinion. The jacuzzi had already been tested, checked and well wrapped. everything went perfect. Its now in our garden and we are enjoying it very much. Thanks Ahmed

Grote showroom, erg fijn geholpen door Ahmed. Hij weet waar hij over praat, zeker een aanrader als je een spa wilt aanschaffen om met Ahmed in gesprek te gaan hierover.

Top zaak met top service! Ik ben geen gemakkelijke klant en mijn plaatsing was geen makkelijke maar dit bedrijf lukte het zonder geen enkele moeite! Ahmed bedankt voor de after service.

Prima geholpen, aardige mensen en weten waarover ze praten. Uitleg was goed en alle vragen die ik had heb ik ook beantwoord gekregen. Hottub en sauna gekocht en nu nog even kijken of de levering gaat zoals beloofd. Dankjewel Ahmed

Door de heer Edwin Andringa zeer uitgebreid voorgelicht en begeleid bij de uitprobeer sessie van de Passion Spas. Hierdoor kwamen we erachter dat het best lastig is om een spa te vinden met een perfect passende zit/lighouding. Altijd live en in het water uitproberen dus! Al met al een erg prettige ervaring.

This company is one of the most unprofessional outlets weve had the misfortune to come across. When you order a very expensive, luxury piece of equipment - for relaxation purposes - you dont expect this kind of shoddy, cowboy esk service. - they despatched a sauna to us, missing the whole of the top panel. - they did not package this panel correctly onto the pallet, the delivery company complained that they didnt follow the pallet wrapping protocol. - when we contacted the company to enquire about where the roof was, when we would get it - nothing. No communication. Lots of Ill get back to you but no one actually doing anything. - 6 WEEKS+ it took, for the roof to eventually come. Multiple times they told us the roof would be with them on x date.... and then it never came, and we wouldnt receive an update. All the while, our money is sat in their bank account and a half built sauna is taking up space in our house - Then, the roof comes... its damaged. Warped and squashed in the corner. No apologies, no effort at genuinely putting things right, they just blame the delivery company for damaging it, yet we are wondering why their packaging is so poor. - At this point, I email the head office in the netherlands. No reply from them, they dont care either. We agreed to keep the slightly damaged roof if they would refund our 180 shipping cost. They agreed. GUESS WHAT - NO REFUND. We eventually had to invoke section 75 on the credit card, to deal with this disgusting company. And low and behold, they managed to refund our 180 the very same day, like magic. This company is run by incompetent, lazy, uncaring cowboys. They dont check their incoming stock for completeness or damage, they dont check their outgoing stock for completeness or damage, they dont package their goods well enough for a safe delivery, and they have zero customer service skills. No communication, no apologies, no compensation for the stress and the hassle. If you want to treat yourself to a relaxing sauna or hot tub - do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Went to Fonteyn with my family. Its a huge showroom so well organised and very inspiring . I was well helped by Ahmed who has a lot of knowledge :)

Went to Fonteyn with my family. Its a huge showroom so well organised and very inspiring . I was well helped by Ahmed who has a lot of knowledge :)

Have been for a great experience and tour around the shop in Fonteyn. The help from Ahmed was excellent, he has a good knowledge and is very friendly. What was plus is that you can test the spas, so you have the full experience at Fonteyn. Highly recommend a visit here.
