They have a lof of cars at various locations. The cars that I have used were in good condition.

It is handy to book and use a car with your ov-chipkaart, without waiting for a response.

In general, if you are looking to drive for short distances and for a short time, renting the company's car is more profitable than non car-sharing companies.

Communication can be difficult and the information they give via email might be untrustworthy. For example, recently, they decided not to accept foreign driver's licences anymore, however, this was insufficiently communicated to the members. I asked for explanation and first they told me that I cannot be a member anymore, then, when I heavily complained, they decided to make an exeption for me and eventually, they said that the exception was always meant for existing members, but their employees were not properly informed about it. I still don't know what's true. There is nothing in Terms and Conditions. There is only a simple FAQ, but it does not give details and anyway, that is not what you agree with.
Also, a couple of years ago, they wanted to charge me administration costs because I had tanked without the tankpas. However, this rule was not included then in the costs list on the website (now it is). It took a week of emails till they understand that they can't charge people whatever they want, but transparency is needed. At least they fixed it though.
The conclusion is that you need to insist a lot and keep on sending emails till you persuade them that they made a mistake and that they need to find a solution.

If you need to drive many km (more than 60 I would say), the cost for renting can increase very quickly. In that case, it is more profitable to rent at a normal, non-sharing company.
