I had a high expectations from this training and after finishing the course im very happy i took it. Trainers were very friendly and for sure knew the subject.

What I Liked: 1. Expert Trainer: Mathijs proved to be an exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive trainer. His readiness to aid in understanding, repeating, and explaining concepts greatly enhanced the learning experience. 2. Relevant Curriculum: The curriculum comprehensively covered topics directly applicable to the job, ensuring participants acquired pertinent knowledge and skills. Areas for Improvement: 1. Optimize Duration: The training could be streamlined to three days. While breaks are necessary, the extended timeframe (partly due to lengthy games) made it challenging for participants to manage their job responsibilities alongside the training schedule. 2. Language Consistency: The training was conducted in English, but there were inconsistencies with the language used in materials. This lack of alignment resulted in confusion, especially when the trainer mentioned that the slides were prepared just minutes before the session. Early preparation and ensuring all materials are in the designated language are essential to avoid such misunderstandings. 3. Preparation and Alignment: Clear alignment between trainers is crucial. Early preparation, including having materials ready beforehand, and clarifying roles and responsibilities among trainers can prevent misunderstandings and ensure a smoother training delivery process.

Goede training met een enthousiaste trainer. Online valt veel in te verbeteren met geluid bij sommige sessies, waardoor het lastig was alles te volgen.

Very surprised how well structured this course is.... very interesting and educative with a very serious and direct approach . At the same time it was lots of fun. Carla kept thing interesting and easy to follow. After this course the exam was easy to pass & I have a much better understanding of my upcoming project . Thankyou!

De cursus was interessant en dynamisch gegeven waardoor de cursus boeiend blijft.

Great experience, especially in 2nd half of the training. Mathijs is a clear expert on the subject matter and could bring the course to life, with good practical examples, some fun and humour along the way, and made the 6 days interesting!

De trainer heeft alle trainingsdagen zeer heldere uitleg gegeven en onze groep uitstekend begeleid. Ik heb veel geleerd en kan aan de slag met een greenbelt project wat we al gedurende de cursus zijn gestart met de opgedane kennis uit de cursus

Inhoudelijk interessant en op een leuke manier gebracht,l. Afwisselend en interactief.

Het was leerzaam. Voorstel de laatste training ochtend meer focussen op de examen. Wellicht geen 2 weken erstussen laten dat het nog is blijven hangen

Voor mij bleven zaken zeer wollig. Ik heb het visueel beter nodig.

Eerste keer een green belt training gevolgd. Veel informatief gekregen!

Rich material that teaches a lot of practical things form a perspective that I never thought about or considered. Ways of looking at and analyzing processes in interesting ways that will (hopefully) allow creating efficiencies in the daily finance processes I work with.

The first trainings were confusing with two trainers. I would recommend to not do it anymore.. Or set up clear guidelines offline I was a bigger fan of Mathijs training us than Ingrid. Ingrid was not so digitally and it was difficult to follow.

Trainer Mathijs was extremely skillful and very helpful. He has good command over topics and provides in depth explanation with live examples. He also helped by providing extra session for me to cover up for a missed training I believe other trainer Ingrid is also good but needs some more experience. Apart from technical issues I felt the trainer was rushing sometimes. F.e. Day 4 - we ended up earlier than scheduled time but topics like Value stream map - calculation related to process efficiency, takt time.. should have been given more explanation time.

session is clear and structural, especially the f2f ones. Lots of games and practice on difference cases. however one of the virtual session has sound issue, might be good tested first.

Het was een leerzame training. Het mocht meer aansluiten op ons vak.

Vond het goed om met elkaar met kean bezig te zijn.

Goede voorbereiding en fijne trainer. Leuke filmpjes en goede tips. Erg leerzaam Hartelijk bedankt
