We had a great experience with Paul Overeem. He was absolutely fantastic, very professional, and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and Paul was always available to answer our questions and help whenever needed. We really appreciated his honesty, patience, and the way he made everything feel simple and understandable. We have already recommended Paul to others and will definitely continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Paul from AH Finance was great, he helped me through the process of buying my first apartment, his approach was very relaxed and advised me on every step and even went beyond

Nienke was a great advisor to have, she is super responsive and very knowledgeable. I felt informed to make the right decisions and happy with the outcome I have. I highly recommend AH finance!

Aimee helped my wife and I, who are both expats, to smoothly navigate the daunting process of buying our first home. She was always available and super quick to respond to our questions. AH Finance is extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile to help their clients.

I have worked with Nienke Bosveld from A&H Finance. I would like to thank her for her professionalism and help with getting my first mortgage. It has been my first time buying a house so I had no experience at all with mortgages, but Nienke has supported me for the whole process, from doing the paperwork done for me and submitting it to the bank, to giving advises on how smoothen the process as much as possible. In the end, everything went as nice and smooth as possible, everything has been requested, gathered, and submitted on time, and a couple of days ago I have finally received the keys from my new apartment! Overall my experience with AH Finance and Nienke was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a house, especially to expats/first time buyers.

Aimee was honestly such a pleasure to work with throughout our mortgage journey. She made everything feel a lot less overwhelming and was always there to guide us in a really calm and reassuring way. She’s incredibly attentive and responsible, and her response time was always amazing — we always felt like we were in good hands. Even when she was on holiday — the whole team at A&H Finance stepped in seamlessly, which really says a lot about how well they work together. Overall, a fantastic experience — we felt very well supported at every step and would highly recommend Aimee and the wider team.

We received outstanding service from Berry and Sammy. They made the journey of securing our mortgage and navigating the housing market completely stress-free. Berry was fantastic at breaking down our financial options and helping us align them with our broader goals, also offering plenty of practical tips along the way. Incredibly responsive and always just a call away. Highly recommend this professional team, big thanks!

I fully recommend A&H Finance. Bas and Timme have helped me in the process of acquiring an apartment in Amsterdam from the beginning till the end. They have been very responsive, very informed and supported with the many questions I had. A&H really facilitated the bidding process, the notary appointments, mortgage and bank decisions, including tax advantages, basically everything. The price is also reasonable given all the services included in the process - I couldn’t have been supported better in this big decision

We had a great experience working with our mortgage advisors, Bas and Timme. From the very beginning, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. They are very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice at every stage, always making sure we fully understood our options and felt confident in our decisions. They also made sure that every document and requirement was submitted on time, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Communication was excellent, they always replied to emails and calls very quickly, usually on the same day, and were always available to answer any questions we had. What we appreciated most was that they didn’t just help with the mortgage itself; they were also happy to assist with related questions and offer guidance whenever needed. Their support really made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. We truly felt looked after from start to finish and would highly recommend Bas and Timme to anyone looking for reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy mortgage advisors.

I had a positive experience with A&H finance for two separate financing arrangements. They are very technical and knowledgeable on the matter, well connected with the banking industry and flexible in terms of support and availability. Highly recommended

Working with Berry (with the support of Tim and Aimee) was an absolute pleasure. He handled our application with the utmost diligence, remaining highly accessible and helpful at every stage. We were particularly impressed by the expedient manner in which he finalized our mortgage. Berry truly sets the standard for professional and reliable brokerage.

Paul at A&H Finance did an exceptional job arranging our mortgage and bridge loan for our new home. Having worked with two previous mortgage advisors, we can confidently say Paul is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and meticulous. He conducted a thorough mortgage history review, identified risks we weren't aware of, explained everything clearly, answered all questions, and presented multiple solutions with clear guidance on the optimal path. We're committed to working with Paul and A&H Finance for all future mortgages, and we definitely recommend them widely.

Ilse & her colleague Isa provided an excellent service and we cannot recommend them enough. They took us through the whole mortgage and financing process, stayed on top of their deadlines and made us feel like we were in safe hands throughout. Both were very knowledgeable, we able to answer all questions and explained all the steps clearly. I could not have wished for a more seamless process and I highly recommend them as financial advisors. Many many thanks!

I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and professional mortgage advice.
