Ik heb het hypotheekadvies opnieuw als zeer prettig ervaren. Bas was geduldig, vriendelijk en dacht echt met me mee. Het contact is erg gemoedelijk en er wordt goed met je meegedacht. Aangezien ik geen aankoopmakelaar had, hebben zij ook delen van die rol op zich genomen en kon ik met allerlei vragen terecht en wordt je echt ontzorgt. De reactietijden en snelheid van handelen zijn erg snel.

They helped us smoothly with understanding of mortgage capacity by looking at wide range of banks, selecting the most proper bank and type of mortgage, applying and tracking mortgage process and more importantly effectively coordinating it with the bank, and helping with other products such as life insurance. Heel goed, dit was de derde keer dat ze ons adviseerden. Ze doen net even een stap extra voor je. Zoeken alles goed uit en vergelijken. Werken heel snel en we hadden binnen een paar dagen al een antwoord op de financiering die we wilden afsluiten voor onze nieuwe woning.

Wij hebben A&H Finance ingeschakeld voor onze hypotheek en zijn zeer tevreden over de samenwerking. Tijdens het proces moest één van ons van baan veranderen, en zij hebben ons uitstekend geholpen met het opnieuw aanleveren en organiseren van alle documenten van de nieuwe werkgever. Alle documenten werden vooraf verzameld en zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. In één geval wezen ze ons er zelfs op dat mijn paspoort binnenkort zou verlopen en dat ik deze op tijd moest vernieuwen. Nadat wij een woning hadden gevonden, verliep het hypotheekproces ontzettend snel. We hebben de aanvraag op maandag ingediend en de volgende dag was de hypotheek al goedgekeurd. Tijdens het hele traject werden we continu geïnformeerd, kregen we duidelijke uitleg over elke stap en werden alle risico’s van het kopen van een woning goed uitgelegd. Daarnaast hebben ze ons geholpen bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekeringen. Tijdens het kopen van ons huis waren zij de partij die wij het meest vertrouwden. Wij raden A&H Finance zeker aan voor deskundig en betrouwbaar hypotheekadvies.
