We zijn ontzettend tevreden over onze ervaring met deze hypotheekadviseur. Vanaf het eerste gesprek werd er goed geluisterd naar ons verhaal en onze wensen. We kregen duidelijke uitleg over wat we konden lenen, en hij nam de tijd om alle documenten stap voor stap met ons door te nemen zodat we precies wisten waar we aan toe waren. As starters in the housing market, we purchased our first home and asked Kim to assist us during this process. Kim did a fantastic job, she was always available for questions and was clear in all her explanations, through which she demonstrated her excellent financial and communication skills. Considering the fact that all the paperwork was due during the holidays in December, Kim still managed to get everything done within 2-3 weeks starting from the time our offer was accepted to the time the bank approved our mortgage application.
