I had the opportunity to work with Nick Wesselman to apply for mortgage this year. Besides professional service Nick provided, I also received many valuable experience sharing & lesson-learned, which is really helpful for me as the first-time home buyer and as an expat living in Netehrlands. For those who are looking to buy a house/ apartment, talk to Nick first for more insight in the market, including bidding, mortgage rate, service provider to arrange for next moves :D

We’re grateful for Nick’s expert support: He has been attentive to our needs, understanding and thinking along what we might require today, tomorrow, and in 10 years. This understanding he brings together with his deep knowledge of the various products available. While doing so, we felt in good hands and looked out for – I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their finances side of life sorted!

Nick always responds quickly, takes time to understand the request, discusses and explains in detail what is needed, and makes honest and reliable suggestions. The service includes purchase contract checking, mortgage application, valuation and notary arrangement, and insurance advice. Basically, all the steps needed for a home purchase.

It was a nice experience to work with Nick, where he explained things quite clear with board knowledge and professions. He analyzed our situation and helped us find the best fit and solution, glad that in the end we were able to get a nice offer of mortgage!

My experience with Nick has been very positive from the beginning, in that Nick explained all the steps and preparations of how to get a mortgage in the initial video call, so I got a clear estimate about the budget to start my viewing process. During the process of interacting with the bank, I had a rather complicated situation due to my marital status (I got married overseas), and Nick worked tirelessly to interact with the bank and to advice me on preparing supporting documents, which eventually resolved the situation and the bank granted my mortgage application. I cannot thank Nick enough for his great effort to sort out the wrinkles in my mortgage application and I highly recommend his service.

It was a nice experience to work with Nick. He helped us a lot with his experience and clear explanations. I recommend B-wyze to my friends.

He was able to answer all our questions, and the whole process went very smoothly. We also very much appreciated the regular updates, and are happy with the mortgage he advised.
