In general, good experience, although i think you try to make the arrangements so fast that sometime you dont take the necesary time to explain in a good way all the things to the new employees and it can take us to some misunderstandings. In the other hand, workers are very kind, patient and helpfull and thats a very good point.

My name is Miguel and I come from Spain to Holland to work! I really recommend working for this company (I-Hospitality) They arrange everything for you and care to advise you at all times. I feel very grateful for everything they have done for me.

At the moment I am very grateful to E-cook for the attention. Before applying and afterwards as well, because as I am a foreigner it is difficult to adapt to a new country and any question is answered without any problem. I love my workplace, it is totally in line with my profile, I am completely grateful. The accommodation is totally excellent, a luxury hotel! I'm doing my best because I really want to work with E-cook again in the future!

Sinds 2018 een prima samenwerking met I-Hospitality op het gebied van keuken personeel. Mensen zijn goed getraind en werken hard en zijn een bijdrage in div keukenteams.

Een te kort aan personeel werd in no time geregeld! Binnen een week hadden we twee ontzettend enthousiaste en toegewijde personeelsleden, met veel vakkennis. Ook de begeleiding vanuit I-Hospitality is erg fijn. Zeer betrokken en een goede communicatie.

Elena Pacheco interviewed me through a video call due to the current pandemic. She was very professional, helpful and empathic. She interviewed me for a job opportunity in Vlieland and she was very helpful with the information that I would need. She got me the route I needed to take to get there; from the flight I would have to take, to the trains and eventually the ferry. During my stay there, she would ocassionally check up on me to see if everything was okay and if my work conditions were good. When I got back, I even received a christmas card! I would definitely recommend I-Hospitality and I would undoubtedly work with you again. Thank you very much and hope we can work together again!

My experience with I-hospitality has been a great experience. They gave me the chance to work in the country I was hoping to move to and they provided me with a nice job, housing and all the paper stuff. The I-hospitality team is great and always ready to help you during the possible issues you might face.

Kreeg super snel een goede kok die zijn vak prima verstond. Fijn om zo snel uit de brand geholpen te worden.

Vrij plotseling hadden wij een aantal horeca toppers nodig. Na wat mindere ervaringen met o.a. Temper hebben we via I-Hospitality super snel kunnen schakelen. Door hun adequate handelen en constant heldere communicatie waren wij snel uit de brand geholpen en hebben we voor een langere periode een aantal toppers via I-Hospitality in ons team opgenomen. Aanrader voor de toekomst!

Ik heb een aantal keren gewerkt met koks die ons uit de brand hebben geholpen in de zomers. Na het uitvragen van de koks was het snel geregeld en deze koks waren hard werkende en goed Engels sprekende koks. Zeker een aanrader bij personeels te kort.

Door omstandigheden zat ik deze zomer (2020) omhoog met de invulling van twee vacatures. Op maandag contact gehad met eigenaar; in het weekend begonnen beide heren!

Dankzij I-Hospitality hebben wij een uitstekende Spaanse kok uit Madrid gevonden. Alejandro past perfect in ons Spaanse restaurant Retiro (vernoemd naar het stadspark in Madrid. Mathijs en Elena hebben ons zeer goed begeleid van zoektocht naar aankomst in Nederland. Ook is er blijvende interesse naar het functioneren van Alejandro waardoor I-Hospitality zeer betrokken over komt. Gracias!

I have had the good fortune to work in the Arnhem area, which has allowed me to get to know the I-Cooks team personally. Elena and Anna, the recruiters, always make sure you have everything you need. I had a small problem with my paperwork which Niek solved quickly and efficiently. Working for a company where you can talk face to face with the Director, Mathijs, is very reassuring as it gives you a lot of confidence and security. This great team has done everything they told me before I started working. The housing was of very good quality. The personal treatment in the restaurant where I worked was excellent. I never felt alone or unprotected. If you want to work in the Netherlands as a chef. I-Cooks is the best company you can find.

Na de corona-lockdown in 2020 ontstond er een flinke piek met het inhalen van groepsreserveringen. Door hulp van I-Hospitality konden we de piek snel, met vakkunindig personeel, opvangen.

Thanks to I cook I had a great experience in a different restaurant and I could meet amazing people who really care about. I would like to say thanks to Anna and Elena, they were amazing.
