I hired Mynta to represent me after having an administrative appeal and application for Permanent Residence as an EU Citizen rejected by the IND. It was clear that it was going to have to go to court, and when looking for an immigration lawyer, I came across Mynta's articles about CJEU rulings and EU residence law, which were quite relevant to a dispute about permanent residency based on EU law. Nadine and Arend quickly got the appeal to the court filed, and I believe they struck a good balance between the thoroughness of the argument and keeping legal fees under control. Shortly before the hearing, the IND reconsidered its position and issued proof of my right to permanently reside in the Netherlands as an EU citizen; the subsequent hearing in court resulted in the recovery of a substantial fraction of the costs involved. If there's a disagreement with the IND, I'd definitely recommend Mynta.
