I have reached Roi's firm after countless recommendations. My daughter, 24 y.o., had an acute medical syndrome and has been suffering from severe pain that had led her to being unable to walk longer than a few minutes, and work for longer than a couple of hours a day (while lying in bed). Because the syndrome is extremely rare, it took us 2 years to get a diagnosis, and another year to schedule an appointment for a surgery in Eindhoven. However, the appointment was scheduled during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the government of the Netherlands refused entry from Israel because this wasn't a life-or-death situation. Though we appealed, trying to explain that the situation, we were still refused entry. I contacted Roi's Firm Wednesday afternoon, when the operation was scheduled on the following Tuesday, and the last flight left on Sunday… Roi was more than empathic to our cause. He agreed to represent us for a negligible sum, that I assume wouldn't ever cover his costs. He was fair and told us that there was a good chance that he wouldn't be able to change the decision, never promising what he wasn't sure he could keep. For those few days, Roi and his team worked day and night for us, filing multiple requests, collecting and explaining our situation, in the face of multiple rejections and working until 1:00 AM and after, without pausing for the weekend. This included contacting multiple doctors and reaching out to them personally and driving multiple times to the Immigration service in the airport physically (during the pandemic). During all of this time Roi kept us updated, and was full of helpful suggestions and kind even when I disagreed with him. Finally, half a day before the flight, we received confirmation that my daughter can fly to the Netherlands for the surgery, and 4 hours before the flight I got the appropriate documents to come as her caregiver. Anyone who is in need of legal aid in the Netherlands, I urge you to contact Roi - he is a lifesaver.
