I bought a car (plate number is 55-TRL-3) in this garage (12 May 2016) for almost 32K euros, I bought also \"full check service\" in the same garage for almost 900 euros, which gave me 3 months of warranty and I was expecting to receive a good car in good condition. But after 1 year of using the car, it stopped on highway and I could not start the engine of the car again.\r\nThe BMW service in Naarden declared that the engine (+ turbo) of the car must be replaced because of total damage.\r\nYou can find the report of BMW Naarden in attachment, is says that there were no good maintenance from very first day of using this car.\r\nIn the service book of the car we\'ve found (BMW service with me) only two records about any maintenance of the car, first one after 3 years of the date of first sell, and the next one right a few days before it was sold to me. Also neither BMW service nor me didn\'t find any records in the online databases about any maintenance for the car.\r\nAfter that I have called to auto service haarlem and asked them to help me to fix this issue, and they did not want. They said that it is not their problem. When I was buying this car I was fully trusting to these guys that\'s why I did not check service book, nothing, because they\'ve convinced me that this car is in perfect condition and they will fix all the damages if they will find any (warranty for 3 months, remember?), but apparently they did nothing!\r\nSo I will never buy the car here again, and advice to everyone here - DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS GARAGE!
