A lot of bad experiences
At first, when I was a customer in Nieuwstadt i never had an issue. Communication was always excellent and proactive, I've bought my car there and they took care of everything in a really professional way.
Then I moved to Maastricht, and I have to say it's not the same thing, at all.
The first and second maintenance appointments were quite fine. Then later on I brought the car in for a simple check and they charged me 90 eurs for a disconnected cable (wtf!), and from that moment on the rain sensor for the front wipers started misbehaving, it was working when it was off while driving on a bumps and it was not working when raining. I brought in the car in then to have this fixed (along with the android auto that was not always working) and also for the apk and It went completely sideways. They told me that the rain sensor and the wipers were fine and they did nothing, that said that Android auto was fine and they did nothing, asking me to change cable and phone (already tried with 6 different cables also Thunderbolt cables abd phones like the latest new phone I bought but same story), and last but not least they asked me 1300 Eur for the tires, to decide and pay it on the spot, without further notice or appointment, just take it or leave it.
I took my car back, choosing to fix the tires myself. The wipers are still misbehaving oer today, android auto its even worst, it restarts randomly while driving being stuck on the Mazda logo and a spinning circle below it. Last but not least my wheels are squeaking and doing weird noises all the time.
I've called them two days ago to ask about this, they said you will be called back but this never happened. So my kast experience with then is just terrible. I hope this will help further customers not to make my same mistake choosing them as garage
