Unfortunately, the school does not listen to its customers’ needs.
My experience was very disappointing.
From the first contact, I clearly stated that my only requirement was to have an English-speaking instructor. I was told I would need to wait longer for this, and I agreed. However, on the day of the intake, the instructor who arrived did not speak English.
I want to be clear that the instructor himself was polite, professional, and genuinely tried to do a good job. I do not understand Dutch, and at one point he even tried to draw in order to communicate with me. It was clear that he wanted to help. The issue was not the instructor.
The issue was the school, which knew about my request from the beginning and still assigned an instructor who did not speak English. During the lesson, all instructions were given in Dutch, which made the experience stressful, unsafe, and unproductive.
Afterwards, I requested a discount since the promised service was not delivered, but no solution was offered. The school also took a very long time to reply to my emails, which made me feel ignored and not valued as a customer.
Due to the poor communication and lack of organization, I would not recommend this driving school to anyone who needs lessons in English.
