Współpracujemy z Marlogiem od 6 lat i jest to najlepsza firma spedycyjna z jaką mieliśmy okazję współpracować w kontekście rozładunku kontenerów i odprawy aut. Szczególne uznanie należy się pracownikom firmy, którzy traktują ją jakby była ich firmą rodzinną. Wkładają w swoją pracę serce oraz często swój czas wolny. W naszym przypadku jest to Pani Emilia na której zawsze możemy polegać i jesteśmy jej za to bardzo wdzięczni oraz dwie Ole :) Jedyne zastrzeżenie które możemy mieć do firmy to szefostwo, które w wyjątkowo trudnych i rzadkich sytuacjach widzi tylko Euro zamiast próbować znaleźć rozwiązanie korzystne dla obu stron. Tak czy inaczej firmę Marlog oceniam 10/10.

I’m using Marlog services for a few years now. They had some problems with vehicles overflow beginning of 2023, but found a way out of the situation and even improved their service. I’ve used several car handling companies in the NL and I need to admit that Marlog is one of the very best. Working with all of Marlog team is super easy, but especially Polish team is outstanding, especially Ola K. and Emilia. Always on their position and ready to help. We have a few truck drivers weekly on regular basis picking cars from Marlog and they do also appreciate service and working with yard employees.

Korzystam z usług Marlog Handling od kilku lat. Współpracuję głównie z polskimi przedstawicielkami firmy (przede wszystkim z Emilią Smotrys). Współpraca układa się wzorowo. Świetny kontakt i profesjonalna obsługa w języku polskim a szczególnie Emilia, która wie co mówi i zna się na swojej pracy jak mało kto ! Wysokie koszty za posotoj? Hmm jeśli jesteś nie odpowiedzialnym importerem to przyjmij to na klatę i nie zajmuj miejsca swoim "zlomem" skoro nie masz pomysłu na jego odbiór w terminie ... tam nie stoi 100 aut lecz w setkach można liczyć to i plac się kiedyś skończy... a jeśli macie jakieś pytania śmiało dzwońcie do dziewczyn... one nie gryza a chętnie pomogą rozwiązać Twoje problemy. Op zich een duidelijk proces en prettige afhandeling zolang alles goed gaat. Ik had echter ingedeukte daklijsten en de achter ramen aan beide kanten waren bekrast. Ik had transportverzekering bij Marlog aangekocht. Vanaf het moment dat is de schade terug rapporteerde wordt er een soort van vertragingstactiek opgestart, bij Marlog, Import Autos, SAA Verzekering en Arntz van Helden bv. E-mails door alle partijen worden super traag beantwoord, je moet met halve informatie genoeg nemen, het schade rapport van het erkende schadebedrijf wordt door de expert verminderd zonder uitleg. Als alles goed was gegaan had ik ongetwijfeld een rating van 5 sterren gegeven, maar nu blijkt dat goede service en slecht service pas echt duidelijk wordt als dingen niet gaan zoals ze momenten gaan. Alles was Marlog goed heeft gedaan is teniet gedaan door de slechte en onfatsoenlijke schade afhandeling.

Reeds tientallen jaren meer dan tevreden klant. Altijd correct behandeld en ook een probleem wordt netjes en snel opgepakt en opgelost. Niets dan lof!

A very thorough operation, upfront about the costs, and true to their word. They responded promptly and in detail to my emails and attempted to resolve any issues I had. I can’t emphasize enough how reassuring consistent and willing commmunication is for the confidence of a client. They were happy to arrange an affordable cross continent transport. My car arrived safely and in excellent shape. Their good natured and professional staff left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands during the whole, months long process. I can’t see using anyone else.

Wat een experts; bij het aanvragen van een offerte werd al bekend dat ze de tijd voor je nemen. Uiteindelijk de knoop doorgehakt en via Marlog een auto van New York naar mijn woonplaats laten verschepen. Ze laten je keurig weten wat de planning is en wanneer er updates zijn. Het contact is goed, duidelijk en snel. Ook het transport zelf is erg snel gegaan; absoluut een aanrader.

In het verleden met tevredenheid vele auto's geïmporteerd via Marlog Car Handling. Nu weer 2 auto's onderweg en de begeleiding loopt top. Nog echt een bedrijf met een persoonlijke uitstraling. Complimenten aan mijn contactpersoon Jan.

Nadat ik mijn oog had laten vallen op een oldtimer in de US heb ik contact gezocht met Marlog. Het pre-sales contact via Robin verliep snel en prettig. Robin kwam met de juiste adviezen. Besloten de auto te laten transporteren via Marlog en de bijhorende Escrow betaling. Goede foto's ontvangen van het ophalen van de auto bij de verkoper. Ook de contacten tijdens het transport waren prettig (en met veel geduld). Op advies van Eric de auto laten inklaren via België wat nog een aanzienlijke besparing opleverde.
