I believe, that it would have been more beneficial to have someone teach the course that actually did the stats 3 exam before. The teacher mostly asked us for additional material, since only the lecture slides were given to her in advance. Since I booked other tutoring sessions from tentamentraining.nl before I am able to see a huge difference in how the courses were structured. I believe, that I did not feel prepared enough after the 9 hours and even got more confused. To be honest, sometimes I felt as if I was wasting my money and time, since the teacher was nice, knew the material in general, but was clearly not the right fit to give a crash course. (Maybe it would have been different with a bit more time, but we did not even cover half of the lecture material for the 1. partial within 9 hours, because she did not know how to structure it) I would advise tentamentraining not to offer a stats 3 course at all next time if it is structured like this one. I somewhat wish I would not have taken it. Therefore, I think tentamentraining should also test their courses beforehand or at least be more involved in the creation of the course, since the teacher for stats 3 seemed overwhelmed with her actual tasks. Next time, offer a course book and someone that is more structured, fast and makes us feel secure instead of confusing us more. I would definitely not recommend this course to anybody preparing for the stats 3 exam, but I would meet with Pelin for a coffee to talk about general stuff, since she is a very nice person, just not the right fit for what should have been offered by tentamentraining.

Toevallig was er twee keer iets mis gegaan bij het drukken van de boekjes (bij twee verschillende trainingen statestiek 2 herkansing en psychometrie her , kan gebeuren maar wel een beetje slordig.

Bij het adres dat vermeld stond op de website stond het (huis)nummer van het hoofdgebouw (1105). Maar de training vond plaats in het W&N gebouw. Er stond wel WN P631, het lokaal en gebouw. Maar door het verkeerde huisnummer ben ik gaan zoeken in het hoofdgebouw, waardoor ik te laat kwam en een deel heb gemist. Omdat de lessen op de VU plaatsvinden, waar de meesten van de UvA studenten niet geregeld komen, is het misschien handig om een iets duidelijkere uitleg te geven bij waar de training plaatsvindt. Dit voorkomt verwarring.
