Ik ben goed geholpen, kreeg een goede, moderne mooie huurauto. Onverwachts verlengen van de huur was geen probleem. Wel maakte het systeem een fout bij het opmaken van se eindfactuur. De medewerker was echter zeer geduldig bij het aanhoren van mijn opmerking hierover en heel erg behulpzaam bij opsporen van de fout, het verhelpen hiervan en een goede correcte afhandeling ervan.

Hulp bij inladen verhuispakket en nog een rondje om de bus gelopen en wat tips over het dashboard. Sleutelkluis aanwezig om sleutel in te leveren op zondagavond i.p.v. maandagochtend. Borg op maandagmiddag al terug. Enige minpunt is dat je vanaf 08:00 kunt reserveren en de openingstijd pas 09:00 is. Let er dus op dat je niet een uur te vroeg voor de deur staat.

Vrachtwagen met laadklep gehuurd. Ideaal voor een verhuizing. Er wordt goed uitgelegd hoe de bediening van de vrachtwagen werkt.

Ik kon voor diezelfde dag nog een bus huren. De bus mocht ik die avond terugzetten en het was geen probleem als ik de sleutel pas de dag er na in de middag zou afgeven. Prima service!
