This class was both productive and enjoyable.

I just completed stepping stone 4 with Martin and I really enjoyed it. This is the fourth stepping stone course I have completed and it’s been my favourite one. He uses the breakout rooms and explains things very clearly. He’s encouraging when you don’t get something and I found the lessons really lovely.

All the teachers at kickstart are lovely. They don’t go too far ahead if someone is struggling and even if you are in group lessons you still feel that you are personally tended to.

This is my second course with them, and it's really good. It helped me fix some issues when trying to speak Dutch, as it was always complicated for me due to the many rules and ways of speaking. But being here made me feel more confident to talk and learn. Looking forward for the next steps!

I genuinely enjoyed being in Letty’s class. Letty is a wonderful teacher, always encouraging students to participate in class and in conversation! She was very clear when it came to explaining difficult matters such as grammar and sentence structure. The course material was fantastic and incredibly useful. It has been a pleasure to be in Letty’s class!

The lessons are difficult, but not so much that you can’t keep up. I found it to be very helpful in learning Dutch! My speaking, reading, writing, and listening have all improved drastically, allowing me to access even more Dutch language events and content.

With a personal attention to everyone, the course is amazing. Great structure in the class especially with the concept of niewus van de dag, where we get to speak, improving our speaking abilities in Dutch.

By attending Kickstart school's Stepping stone 1 course I was able to notice good progress already from the 3rd lesson.

The teacher was good and consistent. Often trying to have us speak which is the most difficult part. The small class size is good but sometimes it’s too small with absences.

Small group and learning with fun

The relation with the company is good, I received the information and answers to my questions on time.

I am really satisfied about the quality of the classes and the teachers. All the process and structure makes a lot of sense and you can see a significant improvement and difference between the first and the last class

I really enjoyed the course, but the speed and complexity of the topics are relatively high for a total beginner course. Although I put aside time to practice at home, I struggled to keep the pace. However, I feel I made some progress compared to my starting point.

Excellent experience with the teacher and the staff are very friendly. Comfortable environment and well organized. Sometimes found the online platform to be cumbersome and the material to be a little confusing.
