This course was a beginner level, but the participants had mixed skill levels. Our professor adapted it and catered to everyone's learning needs. In addition to learning the language, we were given insight into the culture and history of the Dutch as well.

Our tutor Josien was really friendly and encouraging and all course materials were really well prepared. Strongly recommend to learn Dutch in Kickstart.

The teacher has been very kind and knowledgeable. She understands the process of teaching a language to newcomers, I think.

Communication in dutch helps adapting into the dutch life. Some exercise can be done as homework. Overall, it is a good start.

Very nice class with a very kind and patient teacher that was always well prepared with a predetermined program. Some technical hiccups with the remote sessions.

I really liked Kickstart school, modern infrastructure in a nice historical building, nice handout materials and helpful people. I will be continuing with my courses there.

I have taken Stepping Stone I at Kickstart School, and I recommend this course if you know some little Dutch and want to go further.

Kathleen is an amazing teacher. She gives a lot of real life examples which we can use in our daily life and i am now being able to communicate more comfortably in dutch with lots of my colleagues and friends.

So far I have really enjoy the classes, Along the semi intensive course I have been able to understand more Dutch and now I communicate enough when needed

I was looking for a Dutch course for beginners that I could attend online because I live in Italy. I don't have any practical reasons to study Dutch, I do it for fun and because I love to learn new languages and also because I'm a children's writer and I heard that Dutch children's literature is compelling and challenging if compared to other markets in Europe, so I'd like to be able to read it one day. So I didn't know what to expect from this experience. Everyone kept telling me that Ducth is too difficult. But I must say that the course I've just finished was very clear and easy to understand. The teacher has been friendly and nice, so I've never been bored during her lessons. Also, the online experience was less alienating than I expected, I guess the teacher was able to make the most of it. I've fund Dutch a beautiful language and I will attend the next course in September

It was really good, is my second course with Kickstart School. I made a big progress in only 4 months. Christine and letty are really nice teachers and they make every class easy, friendly, entretaining!. i would recommend and I would participate again..

I think this was the perfect beginner class. The structure, material and homework is the perfect amount of work load and it makes learning a new language fun.

Sometimes I found that it goes too fast .

overall good but a lot of information, the teacher moved really fast through things not a lot of time to follow up

Kickstart School offers a great Dutch A0-A1 course for beginners. I was able to pick up all the elementary phrases and grammar rules which are needed for the upcoming levels. After this level, I will be able to use basic knowledge in everyday situations

My experience with Kickstart School has been amazing. I was looking for a preparation course in order to pass the IELTS Academic exam within two months. The employees of the organisation were very helpful and they eventually introduced me to my private teacher Shashi, as there was no possibility for me to attend the general classes on short notice. In the beginning, I was not sure if I had enough time to prepare myself for the exam within 6 lessons, but Shashi has motivated me to get the best out of every class. She was always well prepared and her handouts were very handy to me. Her empathic ability, patience and her passion for the profession is contagious. I could not have had a better teacher and I am really grateful for all the things she has taught me within these few weeks.

I'm very happy with my experience with Kickstart's Inburgering Exam course. I wasn't sure at first how the class would go on Zoom, but it worked well. The course was very informative in terms of the content we needed to learn, but also information and tips about the exams was shared. The exercises each class was very practical and helpful in preparing for the exams. Our teacher, Margreet, is very experienced, and she was proactive in helping us prepare for the changes in the speaking exam that was announced in the middle of our course. I would highly recommend this course!

Fantastic experience. The course was concise and prepared me well for the inburgering.
