Enjoyable course and content. I thought that the Eilandgasten book was a bit too advance (for my levek at least). However the rest of the reading material was perfectly suitsble and infersdting.

It was a really nice atmosphere and i learnd a lot, particularly to speak dutch.
The school, teachers, material are super, you can really learn a lot at this school.
Mijn evaring was heel goed met de docent, matrriaal en andere studenten.
I've followed Kickstart from Stepping Stone 1-3 and was happy with it all the way through. The courses were challenging and the teachers were firm, friendly, and made you feel like you were learning constantly. Which is why I was so disappointed with Stepping Stone 4: my teacher aas friendly but never got through the material set out in the lesson plans during the lesson. I was often doing it all myself at home ontop of the homework which is surely not the point of paying for lessons?

From all the classes I participated at Kickstart school, SSIV was my favorite! A good cursus with a nice teacher and students, who were all on about the same level. A nice athmosphere and an emphasis on the speaking skills made this class very enjoyable and handy!
it was a good course to practice talking and review grammar. i also enjoyed learning more about Dutvh culture and other peoples experiences with it.

The Basic Dutch for Au Pairs was a lot of fun to attend. I learned many useful phrases and words for the job of au pairing. I also met new friends through the class and enjoyed the lessons every week.
I enjoyed this course a lot. I liked being able to meet other au pairs.

The methods and speed are perfect to highly educated people.
I find the "flow" unsuitable for my learning style because it jumps around from topic to topic. I also find the book horrible because it has no english and not easy to study from at home

If it didn't work for you, we wish that you had communicated with us immediately so that we could have discussed a solution, such as withdrawing from the class. i am not agree that class depend on homework, not everyobe has the time to do homework. i m have missed just practice on cotidians situations as answering phone, interviews, and others....
Dear Maria, Thank you for your input. If you feel that the homework has too much value, the first thing you should do is talk to your teacher about the problem. The course always has room for input!
