It is a shame that we didn't know about this earlier, as your mid-course evaluations were all positive. We always encourage students to visit or contact us anytime if they have things they would like to discuss and I make a special visit to every class in the first lesson to specifically invite students to do this. I have enjoyed every single class we had. Teacher Katherine Edmomds has done her best to teach us in the most dynamic possible way and we have learnt a lot of grammar and vocabulary without getting bored.
I learned a lot. kickstart.net generally does not work very well.

the staterpack course is an excellent way to gain a solid basic understanding of the dutch language. the classroom lessons are interactive with a good mix of listening, speaking and writing. it is important to make full use of the weekly homework which supplements your learning very well.
Good experience
Nice facilities, good teacher, text book was a bit confusing as far as its organisation goes. Instructions in the text book are all in Dutch as are the grammatical rules making it difficult to study because you don't understand the explanations. They make sense from the instructor though. Even though it is a beginner/starter class, it would be helpful to know some Dutch vocabulary before hand so you can focus on the grammar lessons.
I like my experience at Kickstart school. I learn a lot about dutch, so I recommended the course.

I wish we could finish the book in less blocks ..... is to long and makes it too expensive
Dear Lesly, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that doing three courses is too long and expensive for you. Several years ago we did try to fit the book into only two blocks, but there was far too much content and, as a result, the quality of the course was not as high as we would have liked. This is why we now cover the book in three blocks. We hope that the €50 au pair discount we gave you for each of these courses has at least helped with the financial side of things.
