Kickstart created a very supportive learning environment, with a combination of really thoughtful teachers accommodating the needs of different students, great resources (+lots more bonus material on the online platform), lovely rooms with lots of extras to make you feel special, plus staff who are always willing to hear feedback and improve the experience. A very warm and safe place to learn! Thoroughly recommended!!
I found the teacher Christine very rude sometimes. Plus she didn't make an effort to improve on student's complaints, some wanted extra exercises to be available for instance.

She has always received fantastic reviews and she very much enjoyed teaching your class. When some of the students asked for more grammar, she immediately took them to the administration after the lesson to discuss their needs and organise extra materials, so perhaps you were unaware that this happened. At Kickstart, we are always happy to help with any questions or requests for extra work or materials! We are also in the process of updating and improving upon the Stepping Stone III curriculum, so there will be even more grammar exercises and a variety of other resources ready for the upcoming term! In fact, our courses are very competitively priced, especially if you consider the rate per hour (€15/hour for most courses). As you know, the rate we offer for au pairs is even lower.
