Good interactive course
Lots of material to work and practice with. Fun class although slightly difficult and very intensive, got to trust the process. Will be interested in continuing on to the next level.
My experience was quite good, the course content is quite good. However, I found the course quite heavy on crammer, I understand that is important in level A2.
I had a great experience leading Dutch with Christine and I believe I now have the Dutch skill required for everyday life.
I find 24 hours too short to go from one level to the next one. Also the price is a little bit high for just 24 hours. The distribution of the chapters is confusing. I think I would have benefited more if I had one chapter per lesson. I also do not get why we only have one week access to the platform after we are done with the course. I would have appreciate it if we have more time to revise the course after it is finished. The teacher is very good and explains everything very clearly therefore I am interested to take more courses if they were with her, Mrs. Fokelien Kamstra. Thank you.
The course was very helpful to improve my Dutch! The only pity is that you can't use kickstartnet (the interface) to practice after the end of the course.

This class really helped my ability to start to speak Dutch. The speaking and writing exercises develop the confidence needed to say simple sentences. Kathleen is a great teacher, and wish I can continue with her. Thanks Kickstart for great language programs and learning environment. Cheers
I attended the semi intensive course. It was good but you really need to work a lot in house. There is so much stuff in every lesson with grammar and vocabulary and if you work or don't t have enough time it s hard to follow and it s better to follow once a week course.
I feel I can speak to people in Dutch now - and understand lots, too. Thank you - this course made a real difference!
This level made me like and understand the language more.
In my opinion this course can be provided over two months (I.e. 8 weeks) instead of one month only, with the same weekly frequency (I e. two classes a week for two months). This is going to help students to practice the language properly because at A2 level we cannot practice the language outside the classroom.
I enjoyed my experience however I advise more speaking activities. I enjoyed my teacher and the way she taught. I would've liked to go a little bit slower and a little more interaction. The people are kind and the teacher was helpful. I would definitely recommend this course.
I found Stepping Stone I with Kathleen really helpful! It focuses mainly on grammar which for me is the most difficult part to understand. I can now understand and read a lot more than one month ago and feel a lot more confident having basic conversations with locals. I especially enjoyed Kathleen's classes, she is a great teacher!! After completing the beginners course and now SSI I will definitely be continuing with the next course to further improve my Dutch skills.
The provided book was inadequate for my needs. While I found the docent quite enjoyable the lack of support from the book made the course very difficult.
I was imparted a lot of knowledge in relation to Dutch language and I have learned it well. The only suggestion I would give isfocusing more and more on practising grammar which requires more time. Therefore I would highly recommend increasing the numbers of lessons. Good luck
