Homework is integral to the approach, so make sure that you have time to do it.

I enjoyed the relaxed environment which Harriet created in the class. I also find the 'flip the classroom' method to be a really good way of studying. I do not enjoy the interface of coutinho and Kickstart, it's very confusing. Finally, I think there should be more English text in the book and website, particularly regarding grammar. How can I understand the intricacies of Dutch grammar when the video is in Dutch, if I'm still learning Dutch? Other than that, I enjoyed the course and I'm looking forward to stepping stone 4.

I had a great experience, my teacher Harriet was very helpful and the whole class was very enjoyable. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I did not put enough effort into the homework in the last few weeks but I am sure that if I did I would have learned even more than I already did by attending my weekly classes. I enjoyed speaking a lot in class it taught me a lot.

I enjoyed my Dutch course mainly due to the class dynamic - we had a very chatty, gezellige class and this meant we got a lot of practice chatting in Dutch about various interesting topics relevant to our lives.

I had a smooth time with administration. Classroom setting and the teacher made me feel safe to speak. I feel more confident with my Dutch now and am willing to continue.

After the Stepping Stone II course I am now able to follow basic conversations in daily Dutch.

The structure of the course is really great for learning a language. The content was varied and the teacher was patient

The course was good, and had a good pace. The organizations was good, though I wish there was a way to message the teacher through KickstartNet. I would also welcome more writing exercises.

This class was a step up from my previous school. I liked how the classes were concise with no wasted time. I really felt like I was learning rapidly.

Amazing docent and really helpful course setting to learn Dutch. I find it comprehensive to follow the rules and exercises. Highly recommend!

I loved this class! It’s my first face to face class and i’m definitely going for the SS3 course!

I enjoyed the class pretty much.Good learning materials provided,extra practices to learn. The teacher always helped and guiding for the pronunciation.2 hours is perfect for the lesson.

I was surprised by how quickly I was recognising the Dutch that was spoken in my environment. I went from being able to only recognise the subject of conversation, to being able to understand sentences in detail. The classroom environment is very supportive and open to questions and discussion.

I am glad that I started my way in Dutch language with Kickstart school. Nice atmosphere and funny way to learn sometimes complicated rules in Dutch. I am also happy that I found new friends in my group.

I’ve learned a lot , it was really great the teacher was amazing !

It was interesting, fast paced but very understandable class with good explanations overall. We were lucky to have a nice group, where we are all in the same age group, so we helped each other out. Th teacher gave very clear explanations every time and we could ask a lot of questions. I really enjoyed coming to class every week, it is an intensive program but we learn a lot and it was in a nice atmosphere.

A complete material and the classes are very dynamic. I recommend the course!

I really liked my Starterpack lessons with Christine, feel like I got the tools to navigate daily life in the Netherlands already. I already recommend the Kickstart to my friends.

I had a good experience doing classes with Kickstart school where I enjoyed having the classes with a small group and with opportunities to speak and practice.

Kickstart classes are effective way to learn basics of dutch in short time. Interactive courses accelerates learning and gives confidence to practice more speaking. There are plenty extra resources provided for self study and all very useful.
