Professional with well organised website, materials and guidance. More speaking practice with smaller numbers in the class would make it 5 stars.

I have learned English and Dutch here, and I feel good.

Stepping stone 2 built on prior knowledge from Stepping Stone 1 giving us more opportunities to practice speaking. I enjoyed the “small” class size of 6 students. I enjoyed the interactive activities via Kahoot for example. I would prefer 2x 5 minute breaks rather than a longer 10minute break but that is a personal preference. Thank you for the course! Looking forward to stepping stone 3 in the future.

Few feedback/proposition for next time: -use kahoot every week to check the vocabulary -propose easy book with basic vocabulary of everyday life with images -listening to songs as exercises is a bit tough due to the music background, but I loved discovering new Dutch artists!

Classes are not too hard to follow, several exercise types are used and the teacher always try to make sure you are following

I had a pleasant experience for my second course with Kickstart school but the ideal number of students for online class is 6 people only, not more.

Our teacher was so kind and patient with us and explained everything well, I felt very welcomed and appreciate her work. I ended the course with much more knowledge and understanding. Would definitely recommend and will go to the next course!

Our teacher Letti was really amazing. We had private classes and so much fun with her. We practiced actual useful stuff so that only after a short period I feel confident to speak and try my Dutch in real life situations (:

Overall very pleased with the course. The handout pack nicely complements the textbook for the course. Our teacher was very experienced in teaching and patiently explained the basics of Dutch to us, making sure that we understood concepts before moving on. The interaction with other students in the class through role playing and other exercises helped to further cement all the new topics we were taught.

The trainer is awesome in Dutch teaching.

This semi-intensive class helped me to finally learn dutch, to feel more confident when starting a conversation. I would add more speaking to the course. It's great

I like that the teacher has a lot of experience with one of one lessons and that we discuss interesting topics every lesson. I have seen a lot of progress with the tailored course o I could highly recommend!

The teacher was amazing, however the method was not helpful, every day i had to learn a new grammar and only one lesson to go over it, thats not enough! I wish the focus would be on speaking and learning more new words. It was too much material condensed in 2 weeks, not sure if i actually had much of the material sink in...

My experience with kickstart has been good. Kickstart has a lot of helpful materials. Harriet has been a great teacher.

The classes were very dynamic, always sharing anecdotes. The learning process was very good, 100% sure that I would recommend it.

The course is a robust introduction to basic grammar and vocabulary. This course is perhaps more academically weighted than for those who want to master more conversational, every day Dutch which isn't as well articulated in the marketing. Maarten is an excellent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher.

I had a nice time here and learnt a lot. I think the intensive courses are very suitable for people who have the summer free, like students. Our teacher was really patient and explained every little thing in a detailed way which facilliated the learning process. I would love to continue learning here.

It was a good way to start learn dutch and understand the language.

Everything was great

My experience with Kickstart School was great. I enjoyed the lessons and learned a lot. The teacher was knowledgeable and supportive, making the learning process enjoyable and effective. Overall, it was a valuable experience.

I met wonderful friends and teacher here! After started studying, I'm not become hesitate to speak in English. I became not to be afraid of making mistakes! I want to keep studying here!

Kickstart School is a classic language course school -- nothing out of the ordinary but nothing unexpected either. The course book is followed (leaving some blank pages), and aside from that there isn't much in terms of other activities and exercises. Our group was quite small but I didn't feel like we were getting the most out of it. If you're looking to follow some lessons with vocabulary, a bit of grammar and speaking, then that's it. But if you want to delve deeper, learn more and become an overall better speaker, writer and learner in the language, this might not be enough.
