De wasmachine kon snel geleverd worden en de bezorgers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na een korte uitleg was alles alweer rond en konden we binnen 15 minuten genieten van de nieuwe machine.

The online booking was easy, even though the website seems to have had some bug that made it impossible to switch to a different tab (like to FAQ or rental takeover) which was a little sketchy but seems to be fixed by now. I was happy that the delivery took only 2 days and that you can follow the time updates online for planning. The 2 technicians were super friendly and funny. They explained everything well and made some extra effort to install the electrical connection well. The machine is brand new and a lot more compact than the old one. Thanks a lot!

Ze kwamen precies op het afgesproken tijdstip en waren erg klantvriendelijk. De service was top en alles verliep vlot. Zeker een aanrader!

They were punctual and installed the washing machine very quickly. After that, they instructed us on how to properly use the machine, adjusted it, and also gave useful advice on the best washing programs and detergents for our clothes.

Peter and Ron were very nice and friendly and quickly solved the issue with the dishwasher.

Ze kwamen optijd en binnen no-time was het allemaal geïnstalleerd. Moeilijke trap met bocht en een trekschakelaar was geen probleem voor deze mannen.

Moving is stressful, and you have to arrange a lot of things, but in my case, moving my washing machine was the easiest part. Roy and Piter made it super easy! They not only helped me with the washing machine but also with moving one last thing from one home to another. They were friendly and helpful—we shared some laughs and funny anecdotes while they moved the washing machine easily and safely. I couldn't appreciate it more. They truly made my day!

Peter and Isar gave an excellent service, found the issue with the washing machine very fast and fixed the problem in minutes.

Er was (hoogstwaarschijnlijk van mijn kant) iets fout gegaan bij het plannen van mijn afspraak waardoor het afhalen van mijn wasmachine niet ingepland stond. Na een belletje toch op dezelfde dag ingepland, 2 uur later was mijn wasmachine opgehaald. Extreem blij mee gezien ik morgen ga verhuizen! Twee jaar lang gehuurd en altijd tevreden mee geweest, toen mijn 1e wasmachine stuk ging werd er snel een nieuwe geleverd. Gewoon een heel fijn bedrijf!

We got help from Roy and Peter who delivered our new machine and they were really kind and explained everything well so we are super hallå and grateful. Excited to use our new machine :)

I was renting equipment from Wasgoed for about two years and the price/quality ratio is really great! Never had any issues with any of the equipment. The delivery guys are super friendly and did not mind taking the equipment up 4 rounds of stairs with no elevator - really thanks for your help!
