Extremely professional with excellent communication through the process of immigrating as a non-EU citizen with a Dutch citizen. Luistert goed, weegt af in belang van het kind en is duidelijk over het proces en de kosten. Spreekt uit kennis en ervaring maar het besluit ligt vooral bij de klant. We hebben alles heel netjes en goed uitgevoerd. Ook de laatste handelingen toen de beschikking binnen was worden erg gewaardeerd. Ik heb het gehele proces van begin tot eind als prettig ervaren. De extra tip over kinderrechtshulp kan eerder gegeven worden. De tegenpartij verweerde zich niet en gaf geen informatie. Vanaf het begin was het vermoeden er dat dat zo zou gaan. Het was moeilijk te beïnvloeden. Misschien hadden iets meer buiten de lijnen kunnen gaan, voornamelijk om de tegenpartij toch in verweer te krijgen en in gesprek met elkaar te gaan.
