Our circumstance was complex and out of the ordinary, but Peggy's expertise in Dutch immigration law, her patience and attention to detail made the process a lot less stressful. Her approach to our case was strategic from the start and she always communicated with everyone involved with great care. Our case was finalized by immigration much sooner than I had anticipated. Extremely professional with excellent communication through the process of immigrating as a non-EU citizen with a Dutch citizen. We had relative ease to submit our paperwork with Jeremy and Laurens, due to having access to all the resources necessary to receive a successful outcome. Luistert goed, weegt af in belang van het kind en is duidelijk over het proces en de kosten. Spreekt uit kennis en ervaring maar het besluit ligt vooral bij de klant. We hebben alles heel netjes en goed uitgevoerd. Ook de laatste handelingen toen de beschikking binnen was worden erg gewaardeerd. Ik heb het gehele proces van begin tot eind als prettig ervaren. De extra tip over kinderrechtshulp kan eerder gegeven worden. De tegenpartij verweerde zich niet en gaf geen informatie. Vanaf het begin was het vermoeden er dat dat zo zou gaan. Het was moeilijk te beïnvloeden. Misschien hadden iets meer buiten de lijnen kunnen gaan, voornamelijk om de tegenpartij toch in verweer te krijgen en in gesprek met elkaar te gaan.

I only wish I had sought out Franssen Advocaten sooner. Jeremy and Laurens essentially solved my immigration problems, and made the process completely painless. Everything also came together so much faster than I expected which was a relief. Jeremy is so kind hearted and genuinely cares about his clients.
