My family and I worked with Jeremy Bierbach throughout our DAFT Visa application and move to the Netherlands from the USA. His knowledge, communication and experience are unparalleled and he cooly helped us navigate through some challenging situations and hiccups along the way. He is generous with his time and makes sure to share detailed explanations for any questions we had, and always will a good sense of humor. It would have been extremely difficult and stressful going through this process without his help and I'm so glad that we had Jeremy advocating for us.

Jeremy was very thorough and helped me find a route to residency that several of the other lawyers I spoke to were unaware of (and which was significantly easier to obtain). Overall I was very happy with the service provided and have recommended him to others

I originally tried to complete an immigration application on my own, but ran into issues with the Dutch American Friendship Treaty (DAFT) and felt like I was up against endless bureaucracy. Jeremy took over my case and explained exactly how the process worked, what was needed for the IND to process my application, etc. From that point forward, everything went smoothly and I now have my residence permit. My only regret is not hiring Jeremy sooner!
