Give a good advice and fast service

Me and my partner had a consultation with Peggy and we are both very satisfied with the outcome! Peggy is a very nice and friendly person, very calm and explains things in a very respectful way. She was very attentive to details and very helpful by advising us who else could help us to move further in our legal matters. Also we were lucky and got a chance to meet her in a short time period, as it is known how legal advisers can be very busy. I really appreciated also her honesty and transparency, as she did not consult regarding the questions where she did not have competencies. Instead she advised us who would be the best person to see. If I need some legal advise again in the future, Peggy for me would be the right person, because her approach aligns with my values. Came across this firm doing some research on the internet. Needed support to sort out my partner's VISA, who is natural of an non-EU country (UK). From the first contact Martha dealt with our case providing clear explanation of the procedure and being very positive about the outcome. Within days, we managed to collect the necessary evidence to submit the case and my partner got a 6 months VISA whilst the whole case was being dealt with by Immigration. After 6 months my partner was given a 5-year VISA as my family member (I am a EU citizen and live and work now in the Netherlands). We were very satisfied with how Martha dealt with the case. The only area of possible improvement would be to communicate a bit faster, but I think it was all a bit of a coincidence as Martha was on holidays when we needed her to come back to us. She arranged for another member of her team to communicate with us, which was done promptly. Overall, our experience with Franssen Advocaten has been very positive. My experience with Franssen Advocaten and in particular with Martha Anden was excellent, as she provided expert guidance, clear communication, and efficient service, greatly helping to manage the complexities of the resident permit renewal process.

I have been a client for several years. First of Peggy, then of Martha Ande. In the beginning, things were ok, a bit slow, often having to chase things, but it was a complicated case, so ultimately it was forgivable. Peggy forgot to include some very important details of the case which cost me dearly. Instead of offering to rectify her mistake, she implied that I had requested her to omit these details. Of course, there is a paper trail of our conversation so this excuse was surprising and disappointing. Things became a little tight for me financially throughout the process, and so I believe partly due to the guilt she felt of her mistake, peggy made arrangements for me to continue with Martha initially at a fixed cost for that procedure, and then at a lower rate due to her lack of experience. Which of course I was very grateful for. Unfortunately Martha is clearly very, very junior in her approach. I would regularly have to remind her to do things, and very frequently have to chase for responses. Everything she does needs to be double checked and scrutinized. Sometimes I would find myself waiting for weeks or more for basic information. The latest example is that she provided an incorrect contact email for a bailiff, which took nearly two weeks to send to me, and then it took a further week or more to send the correct email after I notified her. I brought this up with her, where I told her i thought this was unprofessional. Instead of apologising and acknowledging that this was an area she could improve, she decided to insult me by reminding me of my previous financial difficulties where I did not immediately make a couple of payments (which were in part a result of Peggys prior mistake, but anyway were always paid in full) and gave excuses of vacations for her delayed responses. Of course i have countless emails, and countless incidents where her responses were not made in appropriate time, and only two times where I received out of office notifications of he
