It was a pleasure working with Danielle who helped me with my application for family member of EU citizen residence permit. From the very first consultation and throughout the process till receiving the permit, the communication had been very clear and prompt. Danielle was always there to answer my questions regarding the application, the permit and the required documents. The process itself was very organised and easy to follow. I'm happy that I got the help of Danielle as it would have been harder and more time consuming to do it on my own.

I got in touch with Everaert Advocaten as I was unsure if I still had my Dutch nationality (I was born to a Dutch father and British mother and raised in the UK). Our lawyer personally took our case into her care after our first talk. She made shure to gather all relevant information not just legally but personally to understand our situation and give us the best advice possible. Me and my partner met online, and although the European law seems friendly we wouldn't been able to navigate the minute details without the professional help of our lawyer. She helped us through finding a way for my partner to legally enter the Netherlands and to handle our registrations and long therm residence permit. She kept us positive and helped us through the difficult times, fighting for our cause.
