Great experience

I had a simple request around dual nationality, and got the unequivocal answer I was hoping for (rare to get a black-and-white answer when getting legal advice ;-)) in a very timely manner. The only small thing I would suggest is to reconsider using Skype. It requires client-side setup, and there are enough alternatives with a lower barrier of entry (Google Hangouts, Zoom, Bluejeans - all run in-browser).

Kirsty has been greatly helpful throughout the process. Starting from the documents necessary for immigration to setting up an appointment at the IND desk everything was handled very smoothly. Immigration being a complicated procedure, me and my wife never felt any dearth of information or support at any stage of the process including the ones at Indian Embassy. I would highly recommend Kirsty and her Everaert to all my contacts for their professionalism and excellent service.

Kirsty is very professional and helpful. Every process I had with my documents were scheduled and planned in time. She is also good at solving emergencyies: when I was in China, Kirsty helped me with applying initial foreign working visa. I had to fly to Beijing to visit the embassy for handing in documents in person. However, I got rejected by the officer for the first time I visted, the officer thought I was applying for the wrong visa. I contacted Kirsty and she immediately solved the problem with contacting the Dutch officer in the embassy and explained the situation. The second day I got my documents processed in time before I fly back to my hometown. Kirsty is also fast at providing in time suggestions as well. When I found out my travel date is later than the expiration of current resident ID, and my new one was still waiting to be issued. Kirsty immediately booked me meetings at IND to apply for temp visa.

We contacted Everaert Advocaten to get consultation and some help with the appeal to IND because of negative decision on our case (residence permit for self-employed).
