Absolutely recommended!

I have had a very good experience with Kirsty. She has assisted me very well, cleared all my queries, that too very timely and promptly. I have also been notified in detail about what documents I should carry, about all the procedures related to immigration so that I do not have to face any problems. In short, I thank her very much and would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks me. I am still in contact with her regarding tax ruling, and am sure she would help me out there as well.

Great experience

I had a simple request around dual nationality, and got the unequivocal answer I was hoping for (rare to get a black-and-white answer when getting legal advice ;-)) in a very timely manner. The only small thing I would suggest is to reconsider using Skype. It requires client-side setup, and there are enough alternatives with a lower barrier of entry (Google Hangouts, Zoom, Bluejeans - all run in-browser).

Kirsty has been greatly helpful throughout the process. Starting from the documents necessary for immigration to setting up an appointment at the IND desk everything was handled very smoothly. Immigration being a complicated procedure, me and my wife never felt any dearth of information or support at any stage of the process including the ones at Indian Embassy. I would highly recommend Kirsty and her Everaert to all my contacts for their professionalism and excellent service.
