The pricing was quite reasonable and upfront, and they had a great follow through, and kept us informed and throughout the process. I highly recommend these folks!

I received a negative decision from the IND, decision which had been made on erroneous grounds. I had previously been in contact with Eline regarding my application, and since she does not work at Everaert Advocaten anymore, she immediately referred me to her colleague Thomas, who contacted me within the hour after I sent him an email regarding my situation. He immediately took over and contacted the IND officer which in the end decided to revise her decision. Thomas informed me by email at each step of the process, updating me on the responses he had gotten from the IND and what was the next step he was going to undertake. Within less than 2 weeks, the IND officer had revised her decision and I received the good news that my application was accepted. Thanks a lot Thomas for your assistance!

I received a letter from IND regarding plan to revoke the residence permit of my family. I was in total agony after receiving the letter and that was when I contacted Everaert Advocaten as specialized in immigration law. Thomas van Houwelingen contacted me back for my questions and Thomas gave me a clear understanding of the situation and how he can help me and with costs involved. As suggested, I went to the office located in Amsterdam, which is located in a easy to reach location. Right from the first meeting where Thomas explained in detail the situation and ways to tackle it, I was having a positive feeling of how the situation could change. I was also given options to do parts of process myself to decrease the cost. Thomas was very pro-active to immediately contact the case handler at IND to get more time to prepare the appeal. In the end since I also did my home-work preparations, the appeal was done in shorter time than first proposed. All the follow-up parts were done in order and within weeks I got email from Thomas that the plan to revoke was cancelled.
