I had great communication with Kirsty Gies - I received all of the important information on time; detailed and precise instructions with prompt service (my visa was obtained in very short period of time). I think that the Everaert service was reliable and highly professional which allowed me to focus on other important aspects of my relocation process.

However the initial extension request was declined by IND the appeal was prepared immediately with all possible extra documents. So that new decision was positive. Kirsty helped me through the residence permit renewal process. This happened during the corona restrictions time, so I was a bit disoriented and didn't understand how to apply for new permits. But Kirsty provided detailed instructions and notified timely what to do.

I instructed Everaert on my application for Dutch citizenship. Although not a complex case, there were some specific evidential requirements that were brought to my attention in order to ensure my qualification for Dutch nationality was clearly addressed. Mijn vader keerde op 96 jarige leeftijd terug van Amerika naar Nederland. Zijn vrouw was overleden in Amerika en hij wilde graag terug naar Nederland. Mijn eerbetoon en veel respect voor de werkwijze van mevrouw Besselsen. Zij is een geweldige advocate!
