De advocaten van Everaerts hebben mij voortdurend behulpzame en deskundige adviesen en inzichten geboden. Daar kan ik alleen maar over roemen. Zij waren geduldig, ook zakelijk en correct.

I had a ban to access to Schengen Area since 2012 and before being introduced to Everaert I had hired other Dutch lawyers that asked a lot of money and couldn’t solve my simple yet bureaucratic case. But lawyer Lotte van Diepen solved my issue efficiently and effectively - and all this despite the global disruptions caused by Covid19. Impressive. I am deeply grafeful to Everaert and lawyer van Diepen as the successful removal of my ban means the start of a new life for me, literally. A better life, based on freedom.

They've walked me through the process of applying for a new permit, I only need to provide some documents when needed and leave the rest of it to them. And they provided detailed information about what to do, it was really a nice experience.

These were the words that convinced me to use Everaert Advocaten to assist with my temporary residence to the Netherlands in advance of Brexit and my impending loss of freedom and rights. I had run into a tight spot regarding my residency permit - due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I wasn't able to get the right document from my home country to extend it. The call with Lotte made me feel instantly better, and the knot of tension I had in my stomach went away. She guided me regarding the process, the documents, and the time frame.
