In a very chaotic time (during first and second year of Covid) Nikki and Muhyadin helped me and my partner through the family reunification process. They made it possible for us to stay focused -in what was an emotional and difficult time- by guiding each step in the process with the utmost patience and professionalism. From the beginning they set a clear path and expectations for us. Our questions were answered promptly and whenever action was needed on our side, it was understandably communicated to us. During the process they helped keep me sane with their ability to be straight-forward and empathetic at the same time.
