the process was pretty ok and the main reason I am submitting 5 star is because of quick email responses. in some emergency situation Kirsty replied as soon as possible and I appreciated that.

I had a very pleasant cooperation and I would certainly recommend to anyone who needs legal support in immigration cases. Kirsty answered every question (realistic and hypothetical) that I could think of, which I really appreciated.

The guidelines were very clear and steps taken to complete the legal formality for application was conveyed clearly. Response to queries was quick. It really helped me to overcome stress with VISA and concentrate on my work and usual day-to-day life. Kristy was amazingly helpful.

The entire process happened smoothly and I was kept informed well in advance. On the top of that, I have received satisfactory and timely answers to all my queries. I highly appreciate the literal no-hiccup conduct, which is extremely rare.

A clear roadmap is provided every step of the way with a detailed explanation. However, involvement can be increased. For example, acquiring appointments with the embassy or BSN number appointments can be booked in advance which can help the candidate a lot in navigating the problems ahead. In my case, I still do not have a BSN number a month after my arrival.

Overall I had a very good experience in obtaining my residential cards and IND approval efficiently, and communication wise the replies were good and fast. However, there are a couple of points that could be improved. - In the beginning I received advice that I couldn't apply jointly with my wife because we had to legalise our marriage document, and in my case I had to do that in the Netherlands itself. Their advice was for me to travel by myself to the Netherlands and apply for my wife later (which means weeks or months). I ended up having to arrange this by myself via a friend and figuring out how to legalise it by myself before we apply. The advice here was not very helpful, and I think Everaert could have helped more in arranging suitable alternatives. - I find everaert approaching the process step by step literally but not looking forward to the process as a whole and identifying the steps that can take sometime. For example, only after I got my IND approval, Everaert detailed my next step which was to book an appointment with the Dutch embassy for my MVV application. The problem is that the portal will only show appointments for after 2 months (due to covid), which could have delayed my travel to the Netherlands greatly. Thankfully, I did my research earlier and booked an embassy appointment way before I even started the process with Everaert. I booked a date after doing a rough estimate of the whole process duration. I think Everaert could have suggested booking an appointment during the first week of our intro call or during the same time we applied to the IND, not after it.
