Everaerts supported and advised me on the application for a Dutch residence permit (Verblijfsvergunning). This support started with a online-review of my status and identification of the most appropriate application route. Everaerts then managed the compilation of an official submission with advised documentation. Subsequent delays in the evaluation process by the IND office were professionally managed by Elles and the team (issuance of a notice of default) resulting in a positive permit outcome and IND acknowleding delays and accepting a fine. I had an approaching expiration date for my visa and was ready to apply for permanent residency. The talented and helpful team at Everaert identified early on that there was an issue in the past and it might not have the smoothest process with the IND for permanent residency, nor even renewing my current visa. I’ve heard Everaert Lawyers through a friend and started working with Elles Besselsen to get a self-employed residence permit in the Netherlands.
