Everaerts supported and advised me on the application for a Dutch residence permit (Verblijfsvergunning). This support started with a online-review of my status and identification of the most appropriate application route. Everaerts then managed the compilation of an official submission with advised documentation. Subsequent delays in the evaluation process by the IND office were professionally managed by Elles and the team (issuance of a notice of default) resulting in a positive permit outcome and IND acknowleding delays and accepting a fine.
