We contacted 3 lawyers in The Netherlands regarding gaining Dutch Nationality for both myself and my daughter. We explained the relevant facts to all 3 and 2 of the lawyers immediately told us our application would be unsuccessful. Voor mevrouw T. Zhang directeur/ grootaandeelhouder van ons bedrijf JMS E-bike B.V. werd het noodzakelijk een MVV in de categorie (arbeid als zelfstandige) aan te vragen. Dit type aanvraag wordt door de IND/RVO zeer kritisch beoordeeld. Het is daarom een absolute voorwaarde dat alle noodzakelijke documenten aan alle criteria voldoen. Onder supervisie en strakke regie van Dhr. Sander Groen werd de aanvraag in korte tijd (3 mnd) positief afgerond. Dhr. Groen heeft hiermee door zijn grote deskundigheid veel respect afgedwongen bij zowel de (register) accountant als ons bedrijf. Mede daardoor verliep de samenwerking perfect.
