Inge was knowledgeable, courteous, easy to talk to and very responsive to any questions I had. She tackled my situation, which was a bit different/new case for her, calmly and encouragingly. I came to Kroes Advocaten after having done much research and some groundwork already (getting a BSN, making a business plan, getting up to date documents etc). I’m unable to know for sure but I might have benefited from paying an hourly rate, as less work was needed, but Kroes charges a flat rate. No other issues to mention. Very satisfied with the positive result!
