In September 2018 Pieter helped me with an objection to the IND so it could clearly be explained and supported with the right arguments why I would like to question their decision. He steered the process with the IND and always came up with good advice. During my first contact with Kroes Advocaten, I was positively surprised that they don't invite me for the "consultation" for 200 Euro (like it was done by another Dutch law firm) while I just had a question whenever they can help me or not. We had a short call with Pieter, he listened to my question and we quickly figured out that it was smth they work with and handled similar cases. Pieter is an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer and always acts in the best interest of the client. I am glad that I found a trustable law partner in the Netherlands, and no doubt - I will ask them for help again whenever I have visa/ migration related request.

Mr. Kroes was extremely knowledgeable and well versed on what needed to be done with respect to a work permit for our employee and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. And when the timing seemed to be getting tight, he was quick to communicate with the government and get the result we needed with plenty of time to spare. I had faced a legal issue regarding my residence permit renewal. Jelle was extremely helpful throughout the process and guided me really well.
