Since the first day we met in their office to discuss my case until the very last one in which I got my residence permit, Charlotte was always on top of everything making sure the process was smooth and answering all the questions I would have. 10/10 would hire them again.

I’m unable to know for sure but I might have benefited from paying an hourly rate, as less work was needed, but Kroes charges a flat rate. No other issues to mention.
