Although the objective was reached, which I am extremely glad for, I felt there was a lack of communication towards the end of the process when my partner was about to be given a 1-year contract from her work. Wat leek op een hopeloos einde veranderde in een eindeloze hoop, vanaf het moment dat ik en mijn partner in contact kwamen met dhr Sander Groen. Heel deskundig, communicatie was perfect, hield ons goed op de hoogte tijdens de hele proces. On top of it all, alles gebeurde binnen de tijdperk die hij aangaf, heel snel! It was not an easy road to get residency permits for my partner and her child, a process that effectively took a year. Sheryl was excellent throughout the entire journey with its ups and downs. For a few days at the very end, we faced the terrible possibility that, due to a mistake from the authorities, one of the permits would not be ready in time for arrival formalities. Een vrblijfsvergunning uit Japan is behoorlijk complex omdat je een en ander in een bepaalde volgorde moet doen en er ook vertalingen uit het Japans bijkomen. Grote zorgvuldigheid en prettige tijdige begeleiding hebben er toe geleid dat we precies op tijd de vergunning voor vijf jaar in handen hadden. Werkelijk grote klasse :-)
