In September 2018 Pieter helped me with an objection to the IND so it could clearly be explained and supported with the right arguments why I would like to question their decision. He steered the process with the IND and always came up with good advice. During my first contact with Kroes Advocaten, I was positively surprised that they don't invite me for the "consultation" for 200 Euro (like it was done by another Dutch law firm) while I just had a question whenever they can help me or not. We had a short call with Pieter, he listened to my question and we quickly figured out that it was smth they work with and handled similar cases. Pieter is an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer and always acts in the best interest of the client. I am glad that I found a trustable law partner in the Netherlands, and no doubt - I will ask them for help again whenever I have visa/ migration related request.

Mr. Kroes was extremely knowledgeable and well versed on what needed to be done with respect to a work permit for our employee and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. And when the timing seemed to be getting tight, he was quick to communicate with the government and get the result we needed with plenty of time to spare. In april 2018 hebben wij geprobeerd een visumaanvraag te doen voor mijn vriendin uit Algerije . Een account aangemaakt bij VFS Global ,maar het was niet mogelijk om een afspraak te maken omdat the site niet werkte . Hierna contact opgenomen met Kroes advocaten en wij zijn geholpen door mr Pieter Krop. Na nog geen 20 minuten hadden we een afspraak bij VFS in Algiers . Na indienen van de aanvraag kregen we na een week of 6 een afwijzing . De papieren met motivatie hebben heel lang op zich laten wachten vanuit Algerije . Inmiddels zijn we in Juli 2018 getrouwd in Hammamet Tunesië Daarna heeft mr Krop een bezwaarschrift gemaakt en is het bezwaar gegrond verklaard zodat mijn vrouw op 24 januari 2019 naar Nederland komt . Al met al , zijn we uitstekend geholpen door mr Krop . Heel goede communicatie en uitleg van de te nemen stappen die nodig zijn voor een geslaagd resultaat . After almost a year of waiting for IND to make a decision on my Dutch citizenship application, I received a rejection letter from IND. I was very disappointed and upset with it but luckily I got a very good advice from a friend of mine to help me with it. My friend introduced me to Irene, who helped my friend with a rejection from IND on her permanent permit application and it turned out with a positive decision after appealing. So I contacted Irene via calling and emailing to discuss what could be the best way to handle my case. Irene told me that she mostly dealing with the cases for applications of permanent permit, so she needed to ask for some advice from her colleagues. And she didn't let me down. She sent out the appeal letter on time, and she always kept me updated with the status, even though some times just to updated me that she didn't hear anything back from the IND office. Finally after 3 months of waiting, I got the good news from Irene that IND admitted that they made a mistake with my case at the first place! So now I cold get 501 euros back from them and I am now back to the progress to wait for the invitation to go to the ceremony. Dank u wel, Irene! Much appreciated for your great help! I would suggest every friend of mine to come to you if they are suffering from the same issue as I had (hopefully they won't got a reject at the first place, hehe..).

Sarah was very clear in outlining the options, steps, costs, and requirements to obtain Dutch nationality. She remained in good contact with me and the IND, and I felt like I had a real partner in the process and a good advocate. She helped me with each step and also provided additional external resources when needed. With her help, I obtained Dutch nationality relatively quickly.
