Wij hebben heel erg goed gezocht naar een kantoor die ons kon helpen. We wisten gelijk na de eerste mail met Charlotte De Heer dat wij door hen goed tot het eind geholpen zullen worden. Ze zijn super professional omdat wij door het hele kantoor geholpen werden. Wij hebben eigenlijk niks anders gedaan dan de stukken ingeleverd en het pasje van MVV opgehaald. Het hele proces liep zo simpel en ging zo snel. Wij zijn ze dankbaar want nu kunnen wij in Nederland verder met onze toekomst. Ook na dat wij het positief bericht van ze hadden ontvangen bleven ze contact met ons houden. Voor alle andere vragen kunnen wij altijd bij ze terecht. It was not an easy road to get residency permits for my partner and her child, a process that effectively took a year. Sheryl was excellent throughout the entire journey with its ups and downs. Een vrblijfsvergunning uit Japan is behoorlijk complex omdat je een en ander in een bepaalde volgorde moet doen en er ook vertalingen uit het Japans bijkomen. Grote zorgvuldigheid en prettige tijdige begeleiding hebben er toe geleid dat we precies op tijd de vergunning voor vijf jaar in handen hadden. Werkelijk grote klasse :-)
